About Kate:
Kate Colgan is a cattlewoman, communicator, and advocate for agriculture. Raised in Illinois on her family’s cattle operation, Walnut Creek Farms, she has been involved in many sectors of the cattle business. She is currently wrapping up her bachelor’s degree in animal science at Kansas State University, with plans to return to the operation upon graduation.
